I love shooting friends and family. It not only helps me strengthen my skill but it also captures memories and times that we can all look back on. Here are some shots I took a couple weeks ago of my Uncle's wife who recently came to visit the US.

So I'm sitting here looking at my blog wondering what my next post should be... and I realize that I have TONS of images that I have personally taken for myself, friends or family members that I can share. Some of these images were taken during the pregnancy and others, well lets just say I have done a lot of test shooting throughout the years and things catch my eye. So while I am still settling in to motherhood I thought it be a good idea to post some of them from time to time, to share my love of photography along with keeping my blog current.

These two images are of my teenage cousin (thanks Jocelyn!). I used her as a subject this past summer during my last trimester of pregnancy. It was a challenge to try and get low with my belly. It was also very tiring. I felt exhausted after thirty minutes of just moving around and holding my camera.
